How to Download & View Documents

How to download documents?
Some of the documents on this site are available in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF), Microsoft Word 2000 Format (DOC), Microsoft Excel 2000 Format (XLS), Microsoft Publisher 2000 Format (PUB), and Microsoft Access 2000 Format (MDB). Follow the instructions below if you want to download and save the document for later use on your computer/disk.

To download any of these file formats:

For Windows users using Internet Explorer:

  1. Right-click on the link.
  2. Choose "Save Target As..."
  3. Save/download document to a folder/drive of your choice (make note of where you save the document).

For Windows users using Netscape:

  1. Right-click on the link.
  2. Choose "Save Link As..."
  3. Save/download document to a folder/drive of your choice (make note of where you save the document).

For Mac users using Internet Explorer:

  1. Hold down the Control key and click on the link.
  2. Choose "Save Target As..."
  3. Save/download document to a folder/drive of your choice (make note of where you save the document).

For Mac users using Netscape:

  1. Hold down the Control key and click on the link.
  2. Choose "Save Link As..."
  3. Save/download document to a folder/drive of your choice (make note of where you save the document).

Viewing IPRO Documents
To view Adobe PDF documents online (when you are on the internet) or offline (when you are off the Internet), you will need Adobe Reader 5 or higher. To obtain a copy of Adobe Reader, click on the following link and follow Adobe's instructions on how to download and install Adobe Reader onto your computer.

To view Microsoft documents such as Word, Excel, Publisher, or Access 2000 or higher are required to view all Microsoft doucments offline.
