Timeline for Planning

Months	Activities
September thru November	Planning for next academic year cycle begins. Area Plans are written using the Educational Master Plan Priorities and Strategies.
January thru March	The tactical level planning begins using the Area plan to guide the process. Tactical planning teams are formed and tactical plans are written.
March Thru April	Operational plans are written based on the priorities outlined in the tactical plans.
April thru May	Tactical and operational plans are finalized and reviewed. Resource request are reviewed and adjustments to tactical and operational plans are made as needed based on the result of the resource request review.
