Our Business Administration programs teach you the interpersonal, technical, and managerial competence required to be successful in a career in business.
The AA and AS-T degree programs will give you a strong foundation of business knowledge while preparing you to transfer and pursue a four-year degree in Business Administration. We also offer a variety of certificate programs that let you specialize in a particular business sector such as retail management, entrepreneurship, global trade and business, management, marketing, and hospitality.

Associate in Arts DegreeThe Associate in Arts degree (AA degree) is a general studies degree. It can stand alone, giving you the skills to enter the workforce. Or, it can be the first steps towards earning a Bachelor’s degree at a four-year university.
Associate in Science Degree for TransferThe Associate in Arts (AA-T) and Associate in Science (AS-T Degrees for Transfer make it easier for you to transfer to a California State University to earn a bachelor degree. Earning an AA-T or AS-T degree at PCC guarantees you admission to the CSU system with junior standing and prepares you to complete a Bachelor degree in a similar major at a CSU campus.
Certificates of AchievementOur Certificates of Achievement give you the knowledge and training you need to enter a specialized career or enhance your skills for advancement in your job. Coursework completed while earning a Certificate can also be applied to an Associate Degree to further increase your employability.

Associate in Science DegreeAn AS Degree prepares you with the unique skills needed to enter a specialized career field. Earned in conjunction with a Certificate of Achievement, it will open up further opportunities for career advancement.
When earning an AS degree in Business Administration, you will choose one of the above Certificate of Achievements as your major. In addition to the Certificate Requirements, you will need to complete the general education requirements for an AS degree.
Occupational Skills CertificateEarning an Occupational Skills Certificate develops your job skills in a special area of occupational education in a short period of time. Successful completion may certify that you are prepared with job entry skills leading to a full Certificate of Achievement program, or skills to upgrade or advance in an existing career.
