Applying to PCC is simple and the best choice you can make to set your future on fire! And you can get started right now. Our new online application portal will allow you to submit your application and documents digitally in a completely seamless and straightforward process.

  1. Completed Online PCC International Student Application 

    Complete an international student application on our online portal. The first half of the application will ask you to enter personal and educational details. The second half will ask you to submit the documents below. You must choose a program of study. Explore our programs and career communities here
    Note: Certificates are not offered to international students.

  2. $50 USD Application Fee

    The non-refundable, application fee can be paid via credit card on the online portal. Once you finish the first half of the application, you will be prompted to pay when you click "submit."

  3. Sponsor Statement Form

    Complete the Sponsor Statement Form and obtain all necessary signatures.
    Note: If there are multiple account holders on your bank statement, please submit one statement form for each of the account holders.

  4. Original Bank Statement/Letter

    Submit an original statement/letter from your bank or other financial institution. The name of the person on the bank statement should match the name of the person identified on the Sponsor Statement Form.

    • The bank statement/letter must be in English. If the bank statement/letter is not in English, please provide a certified English translation of the document.   

    • Your funds must be from a checking, saving, or certificate of deposit account. 
      Note: We do not accept funds such as stocks, investments, retirement, etc.

    • It must be issued by your bank or financial institution. The bank statement/letter must contain the date, name of the account holder(s), and states that there is funding available in the amount of at least $37,305 USD.

    • Bank statement/letter is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

    • If bank statement/letter is not issued by a U.S. bank, currency must be specified in the statement/letter. If you have funding from multiple sources, you will need a bank statement/letter from each source.

    • The statement/letter must also be signed and stamped by a bank official at the financial institution.

  5. English Proficiency Requirement

    You must provide proof of English proficiency. Please see Proof of English Proficiency document for options.

  6. Academic Records/Transcripts

    Submit original/official transcripts of school(s) attended at the current educational level. For example, if you attended more than one high school, you must submit original/official transcripts for all high schools. If you attended more than one college/university, you must submit original/official transcripts for all colleges/universities. 

    If you are under 18, you must also submit proof of high school graduation. Examples: copy of your high school diploma/certificate, official transcripts indicating graduation date, GED certificate that certifies completion of all areas, or official letter issued by the school certifying that you have graduated high school.

    Note: A certified English translation must accompany all transcripts, certificates, and diplomas if the original language is not English.

  7. Visa Document Requirements

    If you are an overseas student (currently outside of the U.S., without a valid I-20), please submit:

    • Copy of your passport identification page and expiration page

    If you are a change of status student, please submit the following documents:

    • Copy of your passport identification page and expiration page
    • Copy of your current visa
    • Copy of I-20 if you are on F-2 Status
    • Copy of DS-2019 if you are on J status


    If you are a transfer student (currently holding a valid I-20), please submit the following documents:

    • Copy of your passport identification page and expiration page
    • Copy of your F-1 visa 
    • Copy of I-20 from your current school
  8. Minor Applicant Requirements

    If you will be under 18 years of age at the time of admission, you must:

    • Complete Minor Health Consent Form. This form is only valid if signed by your parent or guardian.
    • Submit an Assigned Guardian Statement formThe form is only valid if signed by parent and guardian. Please note U.S. guardian must submit a copy of their drivers license to confirm their address to the proximity of the college.
    • A copy of your guardian's Photo ID (e.g. Driver's License, Passport)

Notes About The Application

All applicants must be at least 16 years old and be a high school graduate.

All forms are fillable PDFs. Please make sure that you TYPE your information, PRINT the forms, and SIGN by hand. Handwritten forms will not be accepted if it's not legible.

If you have scanned documents, please make sure you PROPERLY scan the original documents in color and send as email attachments using PDF format. If your documents are not properly scanned, you may be asked to resubmit them.
