Our study abroad programs combine engaging courses with cultural excursions and activities as you live and learn in a different country. Choose from semester or short-term programs in a variety of countries!

Summer 2024 - Kyoto, Japan Journey to Japan with Professor Derek Milne. Complete transferable coursework in Anthropology and Humanities, earn Honors Credit (if qualified), and spend your summer exploring "the thousand-year capital" and its traditional culture, majestic temples, and atmospheric gardens. Program courses: ANTH 002, HUM 001

Fall 2024 - Florence, Italy Study for a semester in the birthplace of the Renaissance with Professors Rita D'Amico and Eloy Zarate. Complete transferable coursework in History and Italian, earn Honors Credit (if qualified), and explore the cobblestone streets and museums of this stunning city set amidst the golden hills of Tuscany. Program courses: HIST 001A, HIST 002B, HIST 025F, ITAL 001-004, ITAL 010, ITAL 050

Spring 2024 - Hawai'i Join Professors Erika Catanese and Krista Walter on an epic adventure to the Big Island of Hawai'i, using what it has to offer as an outdoor classroom. Complete a full load of transferable credit in English and Environmental Studies during the second 8 week session of the Spring 2024 semester. Program courses: ENGL 001C, ENGL 009, ENVS 001, ENVS 002

Spring 2024 - Oxford, England

Spend the semester in the “city of dreaming spires” with Professors Brian Kennedy and Shane Underwood. Complete transferable coursework in English and Speech Communication, earn Honors Credit (if qualified), and explore the halls of one of the most prestigious universities in the world. Program courses: ENGL 009, ENGL 025I, ENGL 061, SPCH 006, SPCH 010, SPCH 013

The 2024 program is closed. PCC Study Abroad will return to Oxford during the spring 2025 semester.

Where Will PCC Study Abroad Travel Next?

Wondering where PCC Study Abroad will head next? Each year we return to Florence, Italy, in the fall and to Oxford, England, in the spring for semester-long programs. Winter and summer intersession destinations change from one year to the next. We are currently mapping out future intersession destinations for 2025 & beyond. Stay tuned!
