All certification courses are held on various Saturdays from 9 am to 5:30 pm at Pasadena City College's Community Education Center (3035 E. Foothill Blvd, Pasadena 91107), Bungalow B-5.

D-Rate Certification Courses

D-Rate courses certify you to become a kinship provider for children who are diagnosed as emotionally or psychologically fragile. We have completed the D-Rate Certification courses for the current academic year. Courses will begin again in October 2016. Please email fostercare@pasadena.edu to find out more.

F-Rate Certification Courses
