Creating an effective, well-run pathways program is daunting. Where do you start? How do you scale up and sustain it?

Join colleagues from around the state for an engaging and interactive two-day symposium. Learn how PCC Pathways has increased student SUCCESS and COMPLETION and how you can use it as model for your college.

PCC Pathways Symposium

PCC Pathways will serve 4,000 students in Fall 2016.

During this engaging and interactive two-day symposium, the PCC Pathways staff will discuss the challenges and triumphs they experienced on the road to creating their successful and growing program. Learn about:

  • Marketing and recruitment, summer bridges, first year seminars, and wraparound support services
  • Ways to develop collegial collaboration between Instruction and Student Services, effective evaluation strategies, and professional learning opportunities
  • Principles of project management and practical strategies to assist in planning your own initiative
  • Collaborate with your colleagues to plan a pathways program or work on the one you already have

PCC Pathways Symposium

  • Symposium Dates: September 23 - 24, 2016 
  • Applications are due August 15, 2016.
  • Registration Fee: $100/person  (includes breakfast, lunch, supplies and take-aways)
