Viewing Options: TV Stations & Channels, VHS Tapes

Telecourse Viewing Options

Courses will be broadcast on the following channels:

  • CHARTER COMMUNICATION CABLE, Channel 81

Broadcast and cable airings are subject to change.

Pasadena City College offers a variety of viewing options for telecourses. By far the most convenient is the Community College Instructional Network (CCIN), which links PCC with Charter Communication Cable.

If you live in Pasadena or Altadena, you can receive CCIN on Charter Communication cable channel 81. Contact your cable company to see if CCIN is available in your area.

Alternate Viewing Options:

Telecourse students may view telecourse videotapes and DVDs on campus in the Learning Assistance Center, D300. Check for LAC hours.

You may also check out VHS videotapes and DVDs for the telecourse classes for a 24-hour period from the PCC Library. Quantities are limited. For more information, call (626) 585-7174.

VHS videotape sets and DVDs are available for purchase in the PCC Bookstore.

VHS videotape sets and DVDs for social science courses are also available for viewing in the Social Science Learning Center. Check for hours of the Social Sciences Learning Center and call (626) 585-3055 for availability.

Telecourse students can order DVDs or video streaming services on-line from INTELECOM. For guidelines and ordering go to www.intelecom.org and click on the "Student Store" icon.
