The Petitions Office will be closed on Thursday, November 26th and Friday, November 27th for Thanksgiving Break. Normal business hours will resume at 8:00AM on Monday, November 30th.
For all petition requests, please allow a minimum of 10 business days processing time for your request. The petitions office understands that student’s requests are time sensitive and will work quickly to expedite these requests. Students will be notified via email of the outcome of the request. Due to FERPA regulations, emails will only be sent out to a student’s email address we have on file or indicated on the petition form. Emails will not be sent out to a third party.
For students submitting Course Substitution requests, please allow additional processing time as many of these petitions must be referred to the division for a recommendation.
The Petition to Enroll in Overlapping Classes and the Audit Course Request must be submitted in person to the Admissions and Records Office L113 only.
All other forms may be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or submitted in person at the drop box outside the Admissions and Records Office.
