HERE FOR THE REFUND APPLICATION FORM
Refund requests are computed according to the Fee Refund Policy,
as adopted by the Board of Trustees, in effect at the date of registration.
The refund amount is determined by the date the
class is officially recorded as dropped. This date
must be before or during the first two weeks of
the semester for (16 week) semester-length classes, or 10% lf class meetings for all short term classes including the winter and summer intersessions. Do not expect an instructor
to drop you. YOU must take responsibility to drop your classes
to be certain you are eligible for a refund. Telephone
(626) 577-6100 to drop. Refunds are not automatic and there is no
refund for drop/withdrawal after the second week of the semester.
Refund requests must be submitted, no later than date specified
on the Academic Calendar
for each semester, on a Refund
Application form (PDF), to the Cashier’s office
in the L Building, after formal withdrawal from class. A
minimum service fee of five dollars ($5.00) (or more in
the case of nonresident tuition) will be charged for processing
each refund request unless the request is the result of action taken
by the college to cancel or reschedule a class, or unless the student
is not admitted to a class from the computerized waiting list.
