Sophomore guard Kim Smith became a two-time, All-South Coast Conference North Division selection after being one of five Pasadena City College women's basketball players chosen to the 2009-2010 Team.
Smith finished second in the conference in scoring with a 17.5 points-per-game average along with averages of 3.2 assists and 1.7 steals. The 5-foot-8, Chatsworth High product also was picked to last season's Second Team.

Fudge, known more for her defensive skills, averaged 6.2 points and 1.3 steals and becomes the rare PCC athlete to earn All-Conference in two different sports. Fudge was a two-time, All-SCC First Team choice for the PCC women's soccer team.
Making the Second Team from Pasadena were reserve sophomore center Cherisa Sellers, who averaged 4.8 points and 7 rebounds as a key post player, and frosh guard Anna Shahinian, who put up 12.3 points a game and led the Lancers in 3-pointers with 47 in the regular season.
Smith, Fudge and Sellers were all members of the 2009 state champion team. Fudge is a local graduate of Blair High while Sellers comes all the way from Joliet Township High in Joliet, Illinois. Shahinian is from Glendale High.
PCC's honored five play Friday, Feb. 26 in the Bracket IV semifinals of the Southern California Regional Playoffs. The Lancers face Irvine Valley College in a 7 p.m. tip-off at Hutto-Patterson Gymnasium. Pasadena is coached by Joe Peron, now in his 14th season in charge of the Lancers.
