Sophomore center Kaitlyn Parks became the 28th player in Pasadena City College women's basketball history to score 500 points in her career during the Lancers' 65-33 triumph over Citrus at the Ventura Crossover Tournament Friday night.

Parks is now at 505 points, No. 27 on the all-time list, having achieved her feat in only 40 total games as a Lancer. She scored a team-high 15 points and added nine rebounds.

The state No. 7-ranked Lancers improved to 8-3. Sophomore guard Tyler Crockom added 13 points and 10 rebounds. Also scoring in double digits were sophomore guard Skai Thompson with 11 points (and four steals) and freshman guard Emily Thach with 10 points (two 3-pointers).

The Lancers will take on No. 1-ranked Ventura, a team it already defeated at the Glendale Tournament, on Saturday, Dec. 21 at 7 p.m.
