Dinov, Luna Make All-SCFA Football All-Academic Team

Pasadena City College football spphomores Steven Dinov and Bryan Luna were honored this week on the 2013 SCFA All-Academic Team for their work in the classroom. The two players finished their community college playing careers this past season.

Dinov, a 6-foot-1, 240-pound blocking fullback from Napa High, earned a sophomore Lancers best 3.21 GPA. Luna, a linebacker from Crescenta Valley High in La Crescenta, had a 3.05 GPA in his second season. Luna made 76 tackles over two seasons, including 51 in his freshman campaign of 2011. He sat out the '12 season with injury before re-taking the field in 2013. 

The two-year lettermen played under PCC head coach Fred Fimbres.
