For the first time since 2008, the Pasadena City College softball team earned an All-South Coast Conference First Team selection as sophomore centerfielder Brittany Skoien was honored by conference coaches.

Skoien led the Lancers in seven different offensive categories during the 21-game league schedule. She was the conference leader in on-base percentage with a .588 mark as she batted .440 with three doubles, two triples, six stolen bases, 18 runs scored, and nine RBI. Skoien recorded 28 putouts and six outfield assists in patrolling the middle of the PCC outfield.

A returning letterman from the 2010 Lancers, Skoien (Glendale High) is the first PCC player named first team since Lauren Meza made the '08 team as a designated player. No other Lancer made this year's all-conference squad.

Pitcher-outfielder Kayla Moore received an All-SCC honorable mention. The two-year starter hit .358 in conference and slugged three home runs with 14 RBI.
