Hope to see you there.
LA Denim Day is a sexual violence prevention and education campaign rally started by Peace Over Violence. According to their website, "It is a rape prevention education campaign, where we ask community members, elected officials, businesses and students to make a social statement with their fashion statement and on this day wear jeans as a visible means of protest against misconceptions that surround sexual assault." Read more about the Italian court case that started Denim Day in LA.
In case of rain, please stop by Student Health Services in D105 for Denim Day info.
