Alhambra Day Nursery Foundation Scholarship


The Alhambra Day Nursery Foundation is offering $1,000 scholarships to college students that are pursuing a college degree and career in Early Childhood Education or related fields. This program is open to students that graduated from high schools in the Alhambra Unified School District. 


  • Alhambra High School                                          

  • Mark Keppel High School                         

  • San Gabriel High School  

  • Mission High School                                  

  • Ramona Convent

  • Century/Independence High 


Requirements


  • Applicants must have graduated from a high school in the Alhambra Unified School District and are currently enrolled in a community or four-year college. Please submit a grade transcript.

  • Please submit a letter of recommendation and a personal goals statement.

  • Applicants must have maintained a minimum G.P.A. of 2.5 throughout high school and college.

  • Applicants must submit a completed Alhambra Day Nursery scholarship application.  Applications are available at the PCC Office of Scholarships & Financial Aid, L-114.

  • The application must be postmarked or emailed no later than March 1, 2013. The scholarships will be awarded in June 2013.
