The mission of Computing Services is to support the network and desktop computing environments necessary for students, faculty and staff to accomplish their individual and collective goals. Pasadena City College offers a large and rich computing environment for its students and staff. Included in this environment are over 3,000 desktop systems and 250 notebooks. Nearly 1,500 desktop systems are located in student labs and classrooms, 350 desktop systems and 70 notebooks in faculty offices; and 1300 desktop systems and 150 notebooks in various administrative offices.

  • The Help Desk may be contacted by e-mail, telephone, or walk-in visit. The Help Desk e-mail address is HELPDESK. The Help Desk telephone number is 7523. You may also drop-in and visit the Help Desk located in D112. The Help Desk operates from 7 am to 8 pm, Monday-Thursday; 7 am to 4:30 pm, Friday. When e-mailing a request for assistance please provide a complete description of the problem or a description of the service requested.
