PASADENA, Calif., Feb. 24, 2015 – Dr. Stephen A. Kanter, a board member of numerous Los Angeles County nonprofit performing and fine arts organizations, has been elected to the board of directors of the Pasadena City College (PCC) Foundation, one of California’s largest community college foundations. He is a resident of Pasadena.

The Pasadena City College (PCC) Foundation, one of California’s largest community college foundations, issued a response to the “America’s College Promise” plan that President Obama formally proposed during tonight’s State of the Union Address. The plan would provide paid community college tuition for students.
