How to Get Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows Operating System Software for Your Home Computer

The Foundation of California Community Colleges now offers software through a different site. Click the following link: collegesoftware.org. The link will direct you to CollegeBuys from this site the following software is available:

Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 Edition for $39.99 (digital Download). This package incudes the following software:

  1. Word 2013
  2. Excel 2013
  3. Powerpoint 2013
  4. Access 2013
  5. Outlook 2013
  6. Publisher 2013

Orders will not be processed unitl you pass a verification process. To register at this site any email will work however you will have to verify that you qualify for this offer. They want a copy of one of the following school ID, current class schedule, or current school transcript they will accept a scanned copy or even a picture taken from your phone. Simply add your proof as an attachment to the following address: collegebuys@foundationccc.org. They will email you back at the address you used to register, wheteher or not you qualify for the purchase.


You may now be able to purchase the Office 365 University from Microsoft's Ultimate Steal program. In the past you had to have an email provided by your school and it had to end with an extension of .edu. They have implemented a new procedure where you can use your proof of enrollment to qualify for the offer. You however must have a Live.com, MSN.com or Hotmail.com email to apply for this offer. If you don't have one just create one, its free. Under this program you will be able to purchase the following programs:

At this website you may also purchase Microsoft Windows 8 Professional Upgrade Student Offer (4 Year subscription + 2 PC install) for $69.90.

Once you are verified, you will be notified in 1 to 2 weeks via the email you provided. The email will direct you to the site where you will be able to order you software.

Buy your own copy at a special price through the Foundation of California Community Colleges.
