English courses offered by this Division include composition,
creative writing, reading, and a rich variety of literature courses
ranging from the survey courses needed by the English major to those
classes such as "Science Fiction and Fantasy" that speak
to a particular interest.
The English program serves the needs of transfer students working
toward their Associate in Arts and Associate in Science degrees
as well as those studying for personal enrichment.
