ESL Program Mission Statement:

The program in English as a Second Language builds the communicative foundation for all students who need to master the language in order to successfully perform at the College.  It encompasses both a transfer curriculum and learning activities designed to improve the economic condition and quality of life of the diverse communities within the College service area
