Union Station offers easy access to eight downtown Los Angeles districts: Financial, Art, Fashion, Jewelry, Toy, Bunker Hill, Little Tokyo and the Pueblo. The Financial District is on the Westside of Downtown. Adjacent to this district is Bunker Hill and the Jewelry District. This district includes legal and banking industries. Most artists and galleries occupy lofts in the Artist District, located on the East brink of Downtown. Little Tokyo is a small community adjacent to the Artist District.Textile and Toy manufacturers populate the Fashion and Toy districts, South of the Artist District. It is also a great place to shop for bargains and current trends. Try Santee Alley. Finally, the Pueblo, short for "Pueblo de Los Angeles." This is the oldest part of Los Angeles, and includes Olvera Street, the Pelanconi House, and the Avila Adobe.
