In the winter, over a million people attend the infamous Rose Parade, minutes away from Colorado. Del Mar separates the affluent South Pasadena and modest Pasadena. This retail stores and residential buildings in this neighborhood are mostly composed of brick, aiding in the regal, yet cozy atmosphere of the 1940's.
