MATH PATH APPLICATION PROCESS

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

STEPS

  1. Log into Canvas using your PCC Student ID and PCC Student PIN.

  2. Visit the Math Path Fall 2013 Canvas page.

  3. Choose the desired Math Path level from the list provided in Canvas.

  4. Follow the Canvas instructions in the white center area of the Math Path course page.

  5. Keep an eye out for Math Path emails and save all of them until the first day of class.

 

I M P O R T A N T: Should you receive an error or encounter a problem, PROMPTLY EMAIL the Math Path staff at mathpath@pasadena.edu regarding the error(s) and/or issue(s) with the subject line: Math Path Application Error. Please provide your PCC Student ID (the last 8 digits), your full name, the course you are interested in, and the error(s) and/or issue(s) that you are getting. Those who experience error(s) and/or issue(s) will receive an email from the Math Path staff with instructions on how to apply to the Math Path program. The email submitted will act as a timestamp, and those individuals will be placed on our lists according to that information.

 

N O T E: Not all levels of Math Path are offered every semester. Filling out an online application and passing the orientation quiz DOES NOT guarantee you a seat in a Math Path course. You MUST meet the prerequisite for the 1st course before the semester begins, and there MUST be space in the section that you desire.

 

SHOULD YOU ATTEMPT TO APPLY TO MORE THAN ONE MATH PATH COURSE VIA CANVAS, ALL OF YOUR APPLICATIONS WILL BE PLACED AT THE BOTTOM OF OUR LIST FOR THE MATH PATH LEVELS OF INTEREST.
