  • PCC received the 2012 California Community College Chancellor's Student Success Award for its First Year Pathways program in a ceremony at the Biltmore Hotel on November 16.
  • On October 2, 2012 the Math Jam program was recognized in Washington, D.C. by Excelencia in Education as an Example of Excelencia. This is a national initiative to accelerate Latino student success in higher education. Math Jam was selected as a Finalist at the Associate Level.
  • In January 2012 PCC won the prestigious Bellwether Award in the Instructional Programs and Services category for Math Jam at an event in Orlando, Florida.http://futures.education.ufl.edu/winners.html
  • On September 30, 2009 the TLC's .XL Summer Bridge/First-Year Experience Program was recognized in Washington, D.C. by Excelencia in Education as an Example of Excelencia.
