Oversell Vendor Information
Month-to-Month "Oversell":
Spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. Contact the office on the Monday (after 12:01 am) two weeks before the Market.
Follow these instructions for reservations:
- Call (626) 585-7906
- If answering machine, slowly leave your name, return number, and indicate desired indoor or outdoor
- If a Market employee answers, please indicate the above information
- If you do not receive a call within 48 hours, call back!
If mailing your payment, wait to send until you have a confirmed space reservation. Follow these instructions once confirmed:
- For first time vendors print the Oversell application form and fill out
- Make photocopies of a Valid California I. D. and B.O.E. Seller's Permit (Resale) if planning to sell more than two times
- Make Check or Money-Orders payable to PCC Flea Market
- Indicate space number in memo section
- Do not Post Date Checks (they will be returned)
- Include Self-Addressed, Stamped Envelope

Market Day:
Vendors are welcome to participate in our lottery on Market Morning. Any space that remains open will be made available to vendors via a lottery held at the Lot 5A information booth, located in front of the stadium entrance (map). The lottery begins at 7:00 am and ends promptly at 8:00 am.

NEW Regular VENDOR INFORMATION
Due to the Market’s popularity, all vending spaces are full and we maintain a waiting list. The waiting list is currently open. To be placed on the waitlist you must fill out a Vendor Waitlist Form, which can be downloaded or obtained by coming into our office. Please note that once on the waiting list it may be several months to several years before a space becomes available. It is the waiting list vendor’s responsibility to contact the market of any address or phone number changes during that time.
Please note that this is only for those who wish to retain a permanent space at the Flea Market. You do not need the waitlist for Month-to-Month sales.
Regular VENDOR Information
Please remember to keep your California State Board of Equalization Sellers Permit up to date. Vendors must have I. D. when purchasing tickets.
Remember that payments are due at the prior market payable at the Market bank. Located at the stadium entrance next to the information booth (bank hours: 7:00 am to 1:00 pm). If you are unable to pay at the market, your payment is due five (5) working days after the market. If sending by mail, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope.

CAMPUS CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
The campus will be making improvements to Parking Lots 1 and 2 (Hill Ave. and Colorado Blvd). The Flea Market has moved to the eastside of campus at Bonnie and Colorado until further notice. Parking will remain on the westside of campus in the Hill Ave. parking structure. The Flea Market is now located in T-110 Student Affairs' common area (basement level of the T-Building).
Beginning Fall 2007 the campus will start several construction projects. For more information, see PCC’s construction project updates at the Measure "P" Web page.
