- Maintain 12 units during the Fall and Spring semesters.
- Study hard and maintain a Grade Point Average of at least 2.0.
- All work authorization must first be filed and approved by the
International Student Office and/or the United States Citizenship
& Immigration Services (USCIS).
- Have a current passport, a valid I-20 that is not expired, and
all Immigration documents at all times.
- Contact the International Student Office to update student file
with any new address, phone number, e-mail address, change of
major, Social Security number, Tax Payer ID number, or other changes
within 10 days.
- Have International Student Medical Insurance (including all
dependents, if applicable) at all times.
- Come to the International Student Office to have I-20 signed
every time student leaves the U.S. (Turn in copies of Passport,
Visa, I-94, and all red stamps inside passport along with original
I-20)
- Schedule an appointment to see a counselor for information on
transfer, educational plan, choosing a major, or when having problems
in class.
- Register for or attend classes at another college ONLY
IF student has written permission from the International
Student Office.
- Use only the student's legal name that appears in the passport.
- If student is absent from classes due to illness, the student
must provide the International Student Office with a letter of
excuses from a doctor.
- Student will report to the International Student Office within
5 working days of receiving a letter from that office.
