Admission Procedures- Change of Status Students
- Complete International Student Application
- Complete regular PCC Admissions Application

- Include the following:
- $40.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE) application fee. Check or money order payable to Pasadena City College. Cash is not acceptable.
- One passport size photograph.
- Sponsorship Information (must be original document):
- English Competency Requirement (must be original document):
- TOEFL score (minimum score 450 paper based test, 133 computer based test, 45 internet based test)
- Alternative proof of English Competency:
- If your native language is English.
- If you have attended one year college in U.S. with GPA of 2.0 or above.
- If you are a U.S. high school graduate.
- If you have completed the top level of ESL classes in an ESL school in the U.S.
- If you have attended high school/college/university in a foreign country with 4-year English instruction, you must submit a letter from the head master or registrar of your school to prove it.
- If you received a 4.0 IELTS score.
- Education Requirement (must be original document):
- Two official transcripts from the last institution attended (i.e. high school, college or university.)
- All foreign transcripts must be translated to English.
- Visa Document Requirement:
- Photocopy of passport page which contains the students name, picture, date of birth and passport expiration date.
- Copy of Visa Page
- Copy of I-94 (Arrival/Departure Card) (Front & Back.)
- Processing
- Send your application and documents to the address on the form as soon as possible.
- Applications will not be processed until all documents are received.
- You will be notified within 5-10 days after the completed application is received to email address on the application.
- No classes can be taken until approval of F-1 status from the USCIS.
