Admission Procedures- Transfer Students

1. Complete International Student Application Form This document requires Adobe Acrobat

2. Complete regular PCC Admissions Application This document requires Adobe Acrobat

3. Include the following:

  • $40.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE) application fee. Check or money order payable to Pasadena City College. Cash is not acceptable.
  • One passport size photograph.

5. English Competency Requirement:

No TOEFL requirement

    • if you have completed one semester college in U.S. with GPA of 2.0 or above.
    • If you are a U.S. high school graduates.
    • If you are finishing top level classes at a U.S. ESL school.

Otherwise, TOEFL requirement applies.

6. Education Requirement:

  • Two official transcripts from the last institution attended (i.e. high school, college or university.)
  • All foreign transcripts must be translated to English.

7. Visa Document Requirement:

  • Photocopy of passport page which contains the students name, picture, date of birth and passport expiration date.
  • Copy of Visa Page
  • Copy of I-94 (Arrival/Departure Card) (Front & Back.)

8. Complete Transfer Recommendation Form by current school DSO
