WHAT IS MY PCC NETWORK ID AND PASSWORD (PIN)?
All currently registered PCC students have an active Network I.D. and Password (PIN).
For students who registered at PCC for the first time after January 2007, the Network ID is the initials of your first, middle, and last name plus the last 4 digits on the front of your LancerCard ID. Example: WYZ1234. If you do not have a middle initial, use an X.
If you are still not sure what your Network ID is, or if you registered before January 2007, you can find your Network ID at the top of your Enrollment Fee Receipt which you can view via LancerLink Online Services. You will need to log in to LancerLink Online Services using your Institution ID Number (IIN), which is the last 8 digits on your LancerCard. Your IIN is also printed on your original PCC enrollment receipt, which was either given, mailed or e-mailed to you when you first enrolled at the college.
Your Password (PIN) is what you used for telephone or online registration. If you do not know your PIN (or do not remember it), please go to the Records Office (L113) in the Student Services building to verify your PIN.
SAVING YOUR WORK:
- Make sure to save your work often.
- Do not save work on the computer hard drive.
- Save your work on a floppy disk or USB memory stick. Lab stations do not have zip drives.
PRINTING YOUR WORK:
- Print-outs are .10 cents per page.
- The library accepts cash or check for print-outs.
- Pick up print-outs from the 1st Floor Periodicals Desk.

NEED HELP IN THE LAB?
Please see the Lab Technician on duty for assistance. The Lab assistant can answer basic questions to assist you, for example: how to save, print, or format a document. If you require a tutoring session on how to use computers or software, please inquire about tutoring in D104 at the Computer Learning Center .
PCC STUDENT E-MAIL:
- PCC provides each student with an e-mail account which can be accessed in campus computer labs via an e-mail program called Pegasus.
- For instructions on how to use student email, you will need to read the welcome messages in your Pegasus e-mail account the first time you access it. If you need further assistance, a lab assistant can help you.
- The e-mail address assigned to you by the school is YourNetworkId@mail.paccd.cc.ca.us. Your Network ID can be found at the top of your Enrollment Fee Receipt, which you can view via LancerLink Online Services.
