SET LTA DIGEST (Set your subscription to digest mode)
SET LTA NODIGEST (Turn off digest mode)
SET LTA NOMAIL (Remain subscribed, but turn off message delivery - use for vacations)
SET LTA MAIL (Turn back on message delivery)
