Faculty and staff can make arrangements to have media equipment delivered to any classroom that has isn't a Smart Classroom, conference room, or office on campus. Please refer to our Equipment Catalog for detailed information about the various items we have available. For security reasons, some equipment is available on a pick-up basis only.

All equipment is reserved on a first come, first served basis. For optimal service, it's a good idea to make your reservations well in advance by either email- mediacenter@pasadena.edu or by phone- ext. 7292 or stop by the New Media Center at your convenience.  Reservations for the entire semester, please make via email.

When making your equipment or media reservations, please remember to include:

*Your name as it appears on your PCC ID

*When you'll be needing the equipment/media

*If it's an item to be picked up, what time will you pick up and return the equipment

*If it's to be delivered, please include the building and room number
