Scheduling Smart Classrooms
Instructors interested in teaching in Smart Classrooms need
to make their requests early in the Scheduling Office. Faculty
that will be teaching in Smart Classrooms need to obtain a
key to the media cabinet from Police and Safety
and schedule a one-time training session with Eric Norris of the New Media Center.
Classes are scheduled in the Smart Classrooms by the Scheduling
Office - Cheryl Storms at ext. 7491.
If an instructor or staff would like to use a Smart Classroom
for a one-time event, a technican will be assigned to the
event who will have a key to the media cabinet. This type
of booking is done by the Facilities Coordination Office -
Marcie at ext. 7233.
