PCC in the News News: PCC to Implement Banner by Ellucian to Improve Student ServicesPasadena City College has chosen to implement Banner as its Administrative Information System (AIS). Developed by software company Ellucian, Banner will help improve services to students, meet data requirements for accountability standards, and make college and student processes more efficient. Specifically, the system will assist PCC in achieving its five critical Project 90 goals, meet the PCC Educational Master Plan Mission Critical Priorities, and support California’s Student Success Task Force recommendations. “We are very excited to have signed an agreement with Ellucian to implement the Banner solution,” said Dwayne Cable, PCC Vice President of Information Technology Services. “Once implemented, students will be able to access all the college's services anytime on any device. Implementing Banner will do much for moving PCC towards a highly mobile world. “
