News: Pasadena City College to Hold Anesthesia Technician Program Info Session Jan. 30

Students and community members interested in learning more about Pasadena City College's anesthesia technician program are invited to attend an information session on Jan. 30, from 10 a.m. to noon in the Circadian (Room CC130).

PCC's anesthesia technician program, which is recognized by the American Society of Anesthesia Technicians (ASATT), is the first of its kind in the state of California. Students will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement and an A.S. degree upon successful completion.

To gain admission to the program, applicants must have a grade point average of at least 2.5 and have completed the required prerequisite courses of English, chemistry, anatomy and physiology. Upon completing the program, students will be eligible to take the ASATT certification exam.
