News: PAAAC to Host Town Hall on April 23

The Pasadena City College President’s African American Advisory Committee (PAAAC) will be holding a town hall-style meeting on Tuesday, April 23, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Jackie Robinson Center (1020 N. Fair Oaks Ave., Pasadena).  

Agenda topics will include student success at the community college level, federal updates with financial aid, and student support programs (i.e., Pathways Program, Ujima and Transfer/ROPE).

The meeting will close with a Q&A session with PCC Superintendent/President Mark Rocha.  

The PAAAC exists to increase the enrollment and academic performance, retention rate and transfer rate of African American students at PCC.
