Techniques of limits, differentiating; maximum-minimum problems; curve sketching; derivatives and applications of exponential and logarithmic functions; implicit differentiation; total differentials; techniques of integration; simple differential equations; the calculus of multivariable functions including partial derivatives, Lagrange multipliers and multiple integrations. Special emphasis on business applications related to system optimization, cost and revenue analysis, marginal analysis, elasticity, and consumer and producers' surplus.
