Prerequisite(s): Ability to read music in one clef as determined by the music process.
Corequisite(s): Music 4A and 10.
Recommended Preparation: Music 41A and/or Music 102.

An intensive chronological study of musical techniques including instrumentation, styles and forms, through listening, performance and score analysis. Early Christian era through the Baroque period.
