Prerequisite(s): None.
Basic swimming and safety skills for non-swimmers. Instruction to include orientation to the water, floating and kicking on front and back, arm stroking for front and back, and rhythmic breathing. Build on the foundations established in Beginning Swimming I. More emphasis will be placed on stroke development and breathing coordination.
