What is the Relationship between SLOs and Student Learning Services?
Because learning takes place everywhere on campus, the relationship between SLOs and SLS is fundamental. The services that are provided to the student prepare him/her for success in the classroom and beyond. Outcomes in Student Learning Services are mainly at the program level. In some cases, these outcomes might be support service outcomes (SSOs) — where the service provided is behind the scenes and not directly in contact with students.
