Changing Office Hours

By changing the number of records displayed, you can see some or all of the hours for the user. You may also click Next. Below the users name you will see how many records of the total records you are viewing.

If you choose Delete, you will be prompted to confirm your action.

If choose to Edit a particular record, your window will be refreshed with a form where you can change the semester, the day, the start and end time, and the location. You then click Save, to save your changes.

Duplicate: You can add more hours by clicking Duplicate, to duplicate a record and then Edit, to change any of the properties and Save the new information.

When you are done modifying your hours, click Logout on the upper right hand corner. You may come back anytime to modify and add hours.
