Let's Clear the Air: Quit Smoking Services

Let us help you discover updated methods to ensure your personal success.

You can participate in our quit smoking program!

Meet with one of our clinicians who will individualize a plan with you.

Decide your quit date and establish the support services needed to be successful. Free
nicotine replacement aids (gum, lozenges, and patches) are available to help reduce
the cravings. Other medication available, if needed.

So how does it work?
Make your first appointment and pay the $15.00 (cash) refundable fee.

Success comes with attending the eight sessions (flexible times) and using the available support services. Attend all eight sessions and get your money back!

4 Motivation and Coping Skills
5 Lifestyle Issues
6 Stress Management Skills
7 Managing Urges
8 Completion of the Program and Certificate of Achievement
