Federal Work Study - Check with the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid, L-114, to see if you've received a Federal Work Study Award.

Indeed.com - Highly recommended "mega" site that searches and filters all other job sites. Job trends, salaries, forums, etc.

JobStar California - Superb career & job information with a local emphasis.

WetFeet.com - Extensive job, internship, career, industry & company information.

Cal Jobs - Employment resources-services & links for all populations from the Employment Development Dept.

Employment Spot - Jobs by city, articles, job search tips, "Best" and "Top 10" lists.

JobHunt.org - A wealth of job search information with excellent career help.

USAJOBS - Nicely organized site for jobs with the federal government.

State and Local Govt. on the Net - Find jobs with the state, county or cities near you.

Cool Works - Seasonal & permanent jobs in national parks, resorts, ranches, etc.

SnagAJob.com - A leading database for part-time and seasonal job offerings.

Foothill Workforce Investment Board - Career planning and finding a job in the Pasadena area.

Job Training Place - A resource site to help find specific information and advice on ‘how to become’ hundreds of different occupations.

Glassdoor - Need to do research on an organization?  Wondering about specific company interviews?  Check out Glassdoor for company reviews, CEO approval ratings, salary reports, and interview reviews, etc.  This website is great place to research companies and help prepare for that upcoming interview.

Job-Applications - Useful employee videos - Interviews of entry level employees in financial institutions, airlines, retail and department stores, pharmacies, grocery stores, etc. Providing inside tips on what it's like to work for their company.
