Financial Aid

In order to successfully complete a FAFSA application online, you will need information/documentation from one or more of the following:

• Driver’s License (if applicable) and Social Security Number
• Copy of Student’s Income Tax Return (1040, 1040A, 1040EZ, Telefile) with W2 Forms and other documentation of money earned in the last tax year.
• Copy of Parent’s Income Tax Return (1040, 1040A, 1040EZ, Telefile) with W2 Forms and other documentation of money earned in the last tax year.
• Last tax year records of untaxed income Student/Parent:
  • Social Security Benefits • Welfare Benefits such as:
  • Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC) or Aid to Dependent Children (ADC) Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
  • Veterans Benefits
  • Worker’s Compensation Benefits
  • Current Bank Statements of Savings/Checking Accounts
  • Net worth of current Stocks, Bonds, and other investments (certificates of deposits, additional properties other than the home living in, etc.) Do not include retirement funds
  • Net worth of current Business and/or Investment Farm (if owned) Do not include a farm that you/your parents live on and operate
• Child Support received and/or paid in the last tax year
• Parent’s Education – Highest level completed:
  • Middle/Jr. High
  • High School
  • College or Beyond
  • Other or Unknown
• Parent’s current marital status and dates if applicable:
  • Married/Remarried Date
  • Divorced/Separated Date
