Appointments must be made in person in Room L108.

Walk-In
Urgent matters may be discussed at brief sessions without an appointment on a first-come, first-served basis during posted hours.

Emergency
Crisis intervention services are available any time during office hours.
After hours:

• on-campus, call Campus Police (626) 821-7111
• off-campus:
  • call local police 911
  • Emergency Outreach Bureau (800) 854-7771
  • In the case of any violence involving a mental health crisis, call Pasadena Police department and speak to a dispatcher to send out a Hope Unit team (626) 744-4501.

Hours
Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and Tuesday and Wednesday to 6:30 p.m. The office is closed on weekends, college holidays, and during semester breaks.  Summer session services are adjusted according to program needs and staff availability.
