Pasadena City College Official Logo Guidelines
Please follow these guidelines for proper use of the PCC logo. If you have any questions, contact Jesus Ruiz (x7985) in Printing Services or Sandy Matke (x7492) in Public Relations. Do not scan the logo from a document, as that will not produce a print-quality image.

Full logo
For use on formal stationery and on materials that will appear off campus.
|
Small logo
For on-campus applications or those where the college name is apparent.
|
There are two versions of the PCC logo, pictured above. Please follow these guidelines when using them.
- Size —You may resize the logo, but the entire logo must be enlarged or reduced proportionally. The symbol and type must remain the same size in relation to each other. For instructions on how to resize a logo, call Jesus or Sandy.
- Color —The logo should be printed in black or other dark color on a white or neutral background. If the logo is printed in two colors, those colors should be Pantone 201c (red) for the symbol and black or dark gray for the type and border.
- Alterations — These logos may not be changed in any way, other than size. Elements may not be separated, rearranged or used independently. This includes the “Chevron” symbol and the type (and the outside rule on the small logo), which must be left in tact. No other names or elements may be added to the logo. No other typeface may be substituted for the font that appears in the logo (Optima or Omega).
- File format — Usage instructions for different file types are available (click here to download the logos). Contact Jesus or Sandy if you need help placing the logo in your document, or if you would like them to send the logo to an outside vendor.
