Photo Gallery - The Best of PCCWelcome to the web photo gallery. Here you will find a collection of photos taken by our school photographer, Oscar Chavez. The collection is organized by categories and can be browsed by the catrgories to the left. In each category you will find a page of thumbnails for quick browsing. Click on any thumbnail to see the larger photo and more detail. Each photo is available in three sizes: Tif, Lg-Jpg, Sm-Jpg
Tif is the largest sized image and is good for brochures, newsletters and other printable documents. Lg-Jpg is the medium size image and is a lower quality image than Tif. It can be used for brochures and newsletters as well, but the resolution is less. This size is useful, however, if you need an image size between Tif and Sm-Jpg. Sm-Jpg is already formatted for use on the web pages. In case you need a smaller size, you should use your photo edit program to change the size. If you need a larger image, use Lg-Jpg and resize as necessary. Saving FilesSimply right click on the link, either Tif, Lg-Jpg, Sm-Jpg, and from the menu select "Save Image As". Not all web browsers are alike. You may not see "Save Target As" but something similar such as "Download Link to Disk" or "Save Link Target As". Choose your location, and save the image.
You may preview Lg-Jpg and Sm-Jpg size images in your browser, but Tif sized images require a picture editing program such as "Adobe Photoshop" or "CorelDraw". |
