Foster Care

This program provides preparation for foster, adoptive and kinship care providers. It helps prospective and caring families with the protection and nurturance of children in their care.

This program currently operates six (6) Foster Care programs through CEC.

Foster and Kinship Care Education (FKCE)
Independent Living Program (ILP-A)
Independent Living Program (ILP-B)
Early Start to Emancipation Preparation Program (ESTEP)
Permanence & Safety – Model Approaches To Partnerships In Parenting (PS-MAPP)
Kinship Education, Preparation, and Support (KEPS)
