Eligibility to transfer and compete at an NCAA Division II institution is granted by the following:

1. Must have graduated from PCC with an academic degree, or
2. Must have at least 24 semester units of transferable credit with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 and must have been two semesters in residence at PCC excluding summer sessions.
