15th Rose City Classic Hosted By Women's Hoops Dec. 7-9

For the second time in the 15-year history of the Rose City Classic, the Pasadena City College women's basketball team will host a 6-team, round-robin tournament with no team champion and only an all-tournament individual team selected. The Lancers will participate in three of the nine games over three days from Friday-Sunday, Dec. 7-9 at Hutto-Patterson Gymnasium.

The Lancers have won 11 of the 13 previous Rose City Classics with the 2010 version also a round-robin affair. That year, PCC was the only team to finish 3-0 at the tourney. 

PCC opens against West Los Angeles on Friday, Dec. 7 at 7 p.m. On day 2, the Lancers play Los Angeles Pierce on Saturday, Dec. 8 at 7 p.m. On the final day, Pasadena faces College of the Canyons on Sunday, Dec. 9 at 4 p.m.
